Signature projects are the ones where every scope has to agree with every other one: the pool deck with the planting, the planting with the lighting, the lighting with the irrigation, all of it with the house.
So we draw all of it first, to scale, on your actual lot. You see the finished property in 3D before a single paver is ordered, and the same team that drew it builds it.
Most signature projects run $20,000 to $150,000 and up.

The conversation
A call about the property, how you live in it, and what you want it to feel like. Out of town, we start with photos, your survey and a video walk before anyone gets in a truck.

The measured design
An on-site walkthrough, then a photorealistic 3D render of your home and lot, with 2D prints, a plant schedule and materials by name. Revised until you sign off.

The build
One team, one schedule, one point of contact from demo to the last plant. The crew works from measured prints, so what gets built is what you approved.

The reveal
A final walkthrough together, and before-and-after drone footage of the finished property that is yours to keep.
What goes into one
Every project is different. These are the pieces we design and build most.
Pool areas and outdoor living
Travertine and paver decks, planting that frames the cage or the view, summer kitchens, fire features.
Entries and curb appeal
Driveways, walkways, specimen palms and the front elevation, the first thing anyone sees.
Estate and waterfront lots
Acreage, canal and Gulf-front properties, privacy screening, grading and drainage done once.
Hardscape
Pavers, travertine, retaining and seat walls, stacked stone, curbing and rock gardens.
Lighting and irrigation
Low-voltage landscape lighting and irrigation zoned to the new plan, not patched onto the old one.
New custom homes
Landscape planned alongside the build, so the yard is finished when the house is.

Questions
What does a signature project cost?+
Most run $20,000 to $150,000 and up, depending on the size of the property and how much of it we are doing. You get a real number from the finished design, not a guess off a photo, and the design fee is credited in full toward the build.
Do you really travel to Tampa and Miami?+
Yes. We are based in Cape Coral, and our crew and equipment travel for the right project. Outside Southwest Florida we take on installs over $10,000, which is what makes the trip worth doing well.
Can you work from my architect's or builder's plans?+
Yes. If there is already a landscape plan, we price and build what is drawn. If there is only a site plan, we design the landscape around it and coordinate with your builder on grading, irrigation sleeves and timing.
How long does it take?+
Your first render comes back within days of the walkthrough, then we revise it until you approve it. Install time depends on scope, plant availability and permits, and you get the schedule with the proposal.
Do you handle HOA approval?+
We prepare the drawings and plant list your HOA or architectural review board asks for, and revise them if they come back with notes.
