Ferns We Deliver and Plant
Ferns fill the shady beds, porches and ground under palms and oaks where flowering plants give up. These are the ferns we deliver and plant in SW Florida, with notes on light and watering so they stay full instead of browning out in the dry season.

Common questions
What ferns grow well outside in Florida?+
Kimberly Queen, Boston and macho ferns are reliable outdoor ferns in SW Florida shade beds and under trees. They want regular moisture, especially through the dry season from November to May.
Can ferns take full sun in Florida?+
Most prefer part to full shade here. Kimberly Queen fern handles more sun than most once established, but summer afternoon sun will still scorch many ferns.
